FOCUS Inheimta is a new service provider for the collection of unpaid claims in Iceland. FOCUS is based on the strong foundation of G.J\u00f3nsson & Partners, which has been working here since 1957 and has also been an active member of both European and international organizations for decades.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

FOCUS L\u00f6gmenn and G.J\u00f3nsson & Partners joined forces in 2018. G.J\u00f3nsson & Partners dates back to 1957 and was the first entity in Iceland to offer cross-border collection.

In addition to offering general legal services in the field of civil cases, collection services have been one of the main pillars of the law firm's operation. We have provided services to operators, large and small, housing associations, represented interests of foreign parties and individuals, and handled disputes in court. We also have extensive foreign relations, which are largely based on years of cooperation through membership in various associations of lawyers and debt collection companies.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
