The goal of FOCUS's collection process is to achieve the best results for those we serve without the payer turning away from those who have to follow up on payment. Continued business and cooperation between the parties later is always possible, even if it was necessary to take collection actions at some point due to circumstances that can always arise; lack of ability to pay or even a misunderstanding. Our experience over the years has shown that tactful and open communication with payers is the basis of successful negotiations and collections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
